Service Description
Large Rehearsal Room (4.8m x 4.8m / 23m²) Spacious and acoustically balanced, this 23m² room is designed for bands and solo artists who want to lock in, jam, and refine their sound in comfort. Includes: - Full PA system with mixer, leads and microphone - Air conditioning for year-round comfort Perfect for full-band rehearsals, comfortably fits up to 7 musicians. Ideal for tight run-throughs, pre-gig sessions, or creative writing jams.
Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings 1.1 - All rehearsal bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system 1.2 - Bookings are confirmed only once payment or deposit has been received. 2. Payment Terms 2.1 - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2.2 - Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 3.1 - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. 3.2 - Cancellations made within 48-24 hours will receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. 3.3 - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or non-attendance will result in full forfeiture of payment. 4. Session Times 4.1 - All sessions must start and finish at the booked times. 4.2 - Please arrive and pack down within your allocated slot to avoid affecting other clients. 4.3 - Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments if available. 5. Equipment & Usage 5.1 - All studio equipment must be treated with care. 5.2 - Any damage caused through misuse or negligence will be charged to the hirer. 5.3 - No food or drink (other than bottled water) is permitted near electrical or sound equipment. 6. Behaviour & Conduct 6.1 - Respectful conduct is expected at all times. Aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. 6.2 - The studio is a non-smoking and non-vaping venue. 6.3 - Alcohol consumption is not permitted unless approved for special events. 7. Noise & Neighbourhood 7.1 - Rehearsal spaces are sound-treated, but please be mindful of volume levels and respect local noise regulations. 7.2 - Outdoor areas are to be kept quiet when loading in/out. 8. Liability 8.1 - BackStage Sound accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on-site. 8.2 - By booking, you agree to comply with all safety and usage rules outlined by the studio. 9. Recurrent or Long-Term Hire 9.1 - Weekly or monthly recurring bookings are available for regular bands and artists. 9.2 - A deposit or bond may be required for ongoing hires. 10. Agreement 10.1 - By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Booking Policy.
